These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kbjili ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the kbjili online gaming platform at kbjili.app.

By completing the registration process and creating a kbjili account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be posted on the platform from time to time. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. kbjili may conduct identity verification checks using third-party services and may request documentary evidence such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license before approving withdrawals or as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

kbjili reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Once your kbjili account is approved and active, the following rules apply at all times:

• Account Ownership: Your kbjili account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, share, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other person.
• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. kbjili staff will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify kbjili support immediately through the platform's live chat or via email. • Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kbjili may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or close them following appropriate notification to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on kbjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). kbjili does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment instruments. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya.
• Deposits via local bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are subject to each bank's processing schedule and standard transfer fees where applicable.
• Deposits are credited to your kbjili wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. kbjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to one business day for bank transfers.
• kbjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering checks or fraud reviews. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a review hold.
• Any bonus amounts that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

kbjili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all kbjili bonuses unless otherwise stated:

kbjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively being used.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbjili platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use;
• Operating more than one registered account on kbjili, personally or through a proxy;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place bets on any kbjili game;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, bingo, or live dealer formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate credits or winning outcomes not earned through normal gameplay;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your kbjili wallet;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Using the kbjili platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's kbjili account without authorization;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kbjili staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

All content on the kbjili platform, including but not limited to the kbjili brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of kbjili or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the kbjili platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any kbjili content without express written permission;
• Use kbjili's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any kbjili software;

Game titles available on kbjili are provided by third-party game studios and are subject to each studio's respective intellectual property rights. kbjili does not claim ownership of third-party game content hosted on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, kbjili's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kbjili wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kbjili expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance periods;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where kbjili has not been negligent in its security practices;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;

• Any error in displayed odds or game information where the error is corrected within a reasonable timeframe and bets are voided accordingly.

Nothing in these Terms limits kbjili's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

kbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all segments of its Filipino player base. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and our internal responsible gaming policy, the following provisions apply to all kbjili accounts:

• Age Verification: kbjili strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.

kbjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe;
• Underage access or misrepresentation of age;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not related to fraud or regulatory breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks.

Where an account is closed due to fraud, terms violation, or regulatory order, kbjili reserves the right to retain any remaining balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved as follows:

• First Step — Internal Resolution: Players are encouraged to contact kbjili's support team in the first instance. Our team will investigate and respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
• Second Step — PAGCOR Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may file a formal complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the competent regulatory authority overseeing kbjili's operations.
• Third Step — Legal Proceedings: If regulatory intervention does not resolve the matter, either party may pursue their legal remedies through the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of kbjili.

These Terms shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided is for convenience only and the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
